At Mohawk Bend, we believe in reducing packaging without reducing quality. We have a selection of California wineries committed to producing stainless-steel kegged wines, 6 of which will always be on tap, dispensed directly to your glass or carafe, eliminating bottles entirely.
Wine in kegs may not be normal, but wine in stainless steel sure is. Winemakers the world over use stainless steel for its secure neutrality. The vintners we partner with transfer directly from the winery’s stainless steel tanks into our stainless steel kegs, which makes the wines we serve 100% bottle, cork and cardboard free. The only glass it ever sees is yours.

Dancing Coyote
Dancing Coyote is a family run, owned and operated vineyard located in a beautiful stretch of land in California’s Clarksburg appellation. The growing conditions, exemplified by warm summer days and cool nights, make the climate ideal during the long growing season for a great many varietals. It’s during this critical summer season, that gentle maritime breezes from the San Francisco Bay work their magic on the grapes grown here.
Palmina Winery
Palmina produces a full range of wines crafted from Italian varietals grown in Santa Barbara County, California. They are not trying to emulate the Italian versions of those grapes, but rather interpret the styles to the growing conditions and vineyard sites of the very unique characteristics of Santa Barbara County. The wines are Italian by tradition and modern by design, and all are designed to be an “extension of the plate”.

Stephen Ross Winery
For winemaker Stephen Ross Dooley, making Stephen Ross wines is an act of passion. Steve is a firm believer in a hands-on approach in order to maintain the highest quality possible. At the same time he believes in the winemaking axiom of the late Andre Tchelistcheff; wine makes itself and the winemaker is simply the caretaker.
